I. Visiting Students for Chinese Study

1. Admission Requirements

Students should be over 16 years old, healthy, and with a valid passport.  

2. Graduation

After finishing half-year study, a qualified student shall be conferred a course-completion certificate.

II. Undergraduate Courses

1. Admission Procedures  

(1) An applicant must be a holder of valid passport of foreign citizens in good health, willing to abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the regulations of the University, respecting the customs of the Chinese people.

(2) An applicant must have a graduation certificate of high school or higher.

(3) An applicant who wants to study Chinese literature, history and philosophy is required to achieve "Chinese Proficiency Certificate (HSK)" Level 6 (medium C). Those who study other courses (including courses for Chinese Language and Literature) must achieve level 3 (primary C).

2. Graduation

After gaining all the credits, a qualified student shall be conferred a diploma. Those who have passed thesis defense and other requirements shall be awarded certificates for bachelor’s degree.  

III. Post-graduate Courses

1. Admission Requirements

(1) An applicant should hold an undergraduate diploma.

(2) An applicant should pass the HSK medium C of Level 6.

(3) An applicant should have the recommendation letters from two associate professors or above.

2. Graduation

After gaining all the credits, a qualified student shall be conferred a diploma. Those who pass thesis defense and other requirements shall be awarded certificates for master’s degree.
